The Committee for Adelaide, in partnership with RAA and Adelaide University, as part of Future Energy Week, invites you to join a timely discussion on the public health, economic and productivity benefits of transport electrification, and the investment required to support the transition to electric vehicles (EVs) across both passenger and freight fleets in South Australia.
This event will explore how accelerating the electrification of our passenger and freight vehicles, supported by strategic investment in charging infrastructure and the electricity grid, can deliver cleaner air, lower transport costs, quieter streets and healthier communities.
Attendees will hear from Dr Alina Dini, Head of Energy & Infrastructure at the Electric Vehicle Council, on the opportunities, challenges and policy settings driving the transition to electric transport, and the role Adelaide and South Australia can play in leading the shift to a cleaner, more efficient transport future.
Dr Dini will be joined by a panel of industry leaders and experts for a discussion on the infrastructure, investment and collaboration required to support this transition.
